VENUE: Different each month
Each month one, but usually two members of the group organise a lunch at a venue of their choice e.g. local pubs, catering colleges, a picnic at Wakehurst. They are responsible for booking the venue and for liaison regarding numbers. Organisers go to the two lunches they have organised for the month as hosts and both are held at the same place to give members a choice and accommodate the numbers. Each member has to book a place in advance with the respective organisers, let them know if they require transport and also if they have to cancel.
