This group meets monthly during term time to study and discuss authors and their works over a wide field. During the year they have read award winning contemporary and classical novels.

This group meets monthly to discuss a book (usually a novel), the title of which has been agreed by the group in advance. There is no set structure to the meeting, but often members will have done research into the author or found out about the background of the novel and the period in which it is set. This is an informal and friendly group.
